What skill level are these watercolor classes for?
My classes are designed with beginners in mind! Whether you’re brand new to watercolor or just getting back into it, you’ll feel right at home. I provide step-by-step guidance to help you succeed.
Do I need to bring any supplies?
Nope! All supplies are included in the class fee. Just bring yourself and a willingness to try something new. You’ll leave with your finished painting and all the good vibes.
How long is each class?
Most classes are about 2 hours long but check the registration to be sure —Each class is just the right amount of time to unwind and complete the projects without feeling rushed.
Can kids come to the class?
Unless the class listing specifically says, my watercolor workshops are geared toward adults and teens. For children’s events or birthday parties, I recommend booking a private event so we can tailor it to your group.
Where do classes take place?
I teach at a variety of locations across the Minneapolis–St. Paul metro area, including community centers, art studios, and shops. Check each listing for the exact address and details.
Can I host a private class or paint party?

What if I’ve never painted before?
You’re my kind of student! Many people who take my classes haven’t painted since elementary school. I break it down into simple, fun steps so you can relax and enjoy the process.
What kinds of projects do we paint?
Each class features a unique subject or theme—like houseplants, flowers, seasonal scenes, or playful illustrations. You’ll be guided through the whole project and leave with art you’re proud of.
How do I sign up?
Just scroll up to the calendar, find a class that fits your schedule, and click the link to register. The tickets for each class are usually sold by the host location, so expect to check out on a different website. Spots can fill quickly, so don’t wait too long!
