Hi, I'm Alyssa!
I am a pen and watercolor artist as well as an art teacher. Art has been a passion since childhood and I've been teaching elementary artists in public school since 2019.
In 2023 I began expanding my teaching to people of all ages and experiences online through social media like instagram and youtube.
In 2024 I created another way to learn, The Joy of Watercolor Academy. This collection of online courses provides a way for you to discover the joys of watercolor wherever you are in creative journey. I think you'll find me an approachable and knowledgable teacher as I guide you in your creative endeavors.
When I'm not painting, I'm drinking coffee, downhill skiing, and thrifting new finds for my home.
